Can i return the artwork?

All sales are final. 

As a small business, KayDee Runkel art + design is committed to protecting your investment. In the event that your art is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at kaydeerunkel@gmail.com, with photos, and we will work with you to fix the issue. 

Before purchasing, please make sure that you read the descriptions carefully. I also suggest that you view the piece on different scenes as there can be a color variation on different devices. I do my best to photograph each piece in way that captures the most honest colors, however there can still be a slight difference in person.

Who owns the artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create, including sold or commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased full rights to the artwork. 

The collector may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. If the artwork ends up being photographed and published in any form of media (including social media) I only ask for credit. The artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit without my written permission. 

If you would like to purchase the full rights to a painting that you have purchased please contact me and I would be happy to discuss it further with you.
